	Bag filters We offer a wide range of ACS bag filters which can be applied in virtually any air treatment installation. Each bag filter employs state-of-the art technology and is well thought out and finished down to the smallest detail. We can offer you a wide range of synthetic bag filters with efficiencies varying between 25% and 99% (ASHRAE discoloration test, standard 52.1-1992, EUROVENT 4/5, klasse EU3/EU9). We can supply you with bag air filters in any size you may require. Applications Air treatment Air heating Ventilation and circulation Inlet for machines and buildings Bag filters HS-series The standard ACS bag filters from the HS series are produced with either 6, 5 or 3 pockets and fit into standard holding frames. Construction: The air filter medium consists of synthetic fibres which are processed into wedge-shaped air filter pockets mounted in a header frame. The special construction of the pockets provides for an equal airflow through the air filter, whereby the dust load is distributed over the whole surface. The HS bag air filters are self-supporting. Materials of Construction of the Bag filters HS-series: Frame: steel, galvanized or plastic Medium: Synthetic Pockets: Thermo sealed or stitched Maximum operating temperature is 80ºC. Bag filters LS-series (fine filters) The standard ACS bag filters from the LS series are produced with 8, 6 or 4 envelopes and will also fit into the standard mounting frames. Construction: The filter medium consists of 3 layers of synthetic fibres. The special wedge-shaped pockets ensure an equal dust load, whereby the air filter pockets are completely used, and a lower air resistance and long service life is guaranteed. Materials of Construction of the Bag filters LS-series: Frame: steel, galvanized, stainless or plastic Medium: synthetic Pockets: Thermo sealed or stitched Maximum operating temperature is 80ºC. Bag filters HS-10-series (fine filters) Type: HS 65, HS 85 and HS 95 The standard bag filters from the HS 10 series are produced with 10, 8 of 5 pockets and will fit into standard mounting frames. Construction: The technical construction is equal to the LS series. Only the air filter surface is 25-30% larger in the HS 10 series. This makes it possible to achieve lower air resistance and a longer service life. Also available is HS-12 series with 12,10 or 6 pockets. Materials of Construction of the HS 10 series: Frame: galvanized steel, or ABS Medium: Synthetic Pockets: Thermo sealed or stitched Maximum operating temperature is 80ºC.
