	Filter panels Applications Air extraction Air inlet Burner air Fine filtration in air treatment equipment Filter panels with aluminum frame type NA These panels can be delivered in frame thicknesses of 12, 23 and 45 mm. They are fitted with a flat synthetic air filter mat adjusted to the frame dimensions. The filter panel is provided with a supporting gauze and a wire cross to position the air filter medium. The 45mm panels are available with a pleated filter medium. Filter panels type GP Filter panels type GP are disposable panels type available in standard thicknesses of 24 and 48 mm. These are applied in air treatment systems and ventilation equipment. The filter medium for this filter type is of continuously spun glass fibres with a progressive thickness, whereby the dust is collected across the whole filter depth. In order to increase the dust collection capacity, the air filter medium is provided with a dust binding agent. Filter panels type AP The ACS synthetic aeropleats are characterized by their large filter surface, which is achieved by pleating the material. The air filter medium is glued to the damp-proofed card frame in order to increase the dust collection capacity and rigidity. The aeropleats can be delivered in thicknesses of 24, 48 and 96 mm. Wire filter frames We can also supply air filter pads as well as wire frames in any size whereby the filter media is sewn on a galvanized steel wire frame. You will also find plastic and aluminum filter frames in the ACS range. When the filter medium is dirty you only need to replace the filter medium itself; the frame can be used over and over again. This makes the filter frame and changeble filter medium, an economical alternative to fibreglass filter panels. ACS filter frames are available in the thickness and size of your choice!
