Synthethic filter media

ACS air filters material is manufactured with the greatest care and is subjected to continuous quality control. The fibres of the air filters consist of 100% thermically bonded polyester and are temperature resistant to 100 °C. The air filter material can be subdivided into 2 groups, namely coarse and fine filters, and is manufactured to a standard width of 2 meters. Different dimensions are also possible. Materials are flame resistant according to F1 Class (DIN 53438).



Applications
These air filters are well suited for the (pre-) filtration or fine filtration of atmospheric air-intake and re-circulated air in air handling installations (like air conditioners, induction units, fan coils, etc.) of any kind.

Main applications are in ventilation of
  • Factories and warehouses (T 15/150, T 15/250, and PST 150)
  • Offices, schools and exhibition halls (T 15/500, F 360 and PST 290)
  • Computer rooms, laboratories and hospitals (F 500 and PST 640))
  • Paint spray booths (F 560 G as ceiling air filter))
